RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a team of Onshore and offshore resource to maintain of support the following applications: .NET desktop application platform for CIBT JASRE: SOA – Server framework supporting JBOSS and legacy J2EE applications Manage day to day production support issues. Manage priorities and issues with key business stake holders (e.g. Front office, operation and risk) Define , plan, design and deploy solutions related to Desktop and Server framework. users.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good understanding of software and project life cycle, understanding of Agile programming, Scrum methodology. Hands on manager with in depth knowledge of design patterns, messaging , .Net, quality assurance, unit, regression, and integration and Tibco products. Management skills and experience in prioritization between different teams across organization, successful delivery of product to end users, experience with offshore. Management and project delivery. In depth knowledge of .NET platform, .NET vendor products and tools. Good understanding of framework development and adoption of roadmap. Mid level management with at most 5 years project management experience. BA/BS or higher
