DESCRIPTION: Liaison with Head Office regarding tax and accounting

issues, including J-Sox project. Deal with audits for tax and accounting.

Prepare regular reports to Head Office regarding tax and accounting.

Support marketing units in solving tax and accounting issues. Furnish various procedures and manuals both in Japanese and English.

EXPERIENCE: Strong knowledge of Accounting and/or Taxation. Experience in a large Japanese company.

SKILLS: Fluency in English and Japanese. Strong communication skills; especially strong e-mail correspondence ability. Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
