This Performance Measurement Analyst position performs key performance measurement and assets under management research and reporting functions. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards through analysis of institutional, retail and high net worth performance composites and participation in third party performance verification projects. Composite analysis includes in-depth research of variations in performance of underlying accounts using performance attribution and portfolio accounting tools. Responsibilities also include support of daily portfolio management performance reporting, analytics and attribution functions. Position supports marketing function through participation in RFP/Consultant requests and other projects that require composite and assets under management-related data. Works with Marketing team to produce performance reports for use in populating consultant databases and questionnaires. Requires coordination with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk Management and Portfolio Management teams.

Candidate Must Have :
* Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access and Project; PORTIA (or similar investment accounting/performance measurement software) experience; Performance measurement, portfolio/investment accounting, or investment management/portfolio management experience; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong analytical and organizational skills; BS Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, or related major strongly preferred. MBA, CFA and/or CIPM candidates also preferred.
