� Senior Real Estate Analyst will publish periodic reports on commercial real estate market conditions in the commercial and residential sectors.

� These reports are intended to illuminate key aspects of property and geographic sectors where the Real Estate Finance Division has credit concentrations, risk or market opportunity.

� The primary audience for these reports will be senior executives in Credit Risk and Real Estate Finance Divisions. There is a secondary goal to publish and broadly distribute research documents that can be made available to the bank's customers.

Qualifications:
� This position will require in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets and be able to gather and synthesize data from published resources and a network of informed industry sources to provide clear and legible research and forecasts on such topics as rent and vacancy trends, valuation trends, demographics, and capital markets trends and how the interaction of these related variables impact the credit quality of the banks investment real estate portfolio.
� Knowledge of the use of econometric models is desired but not required.
� The position will require excellent writing and research skills but also have the ability to make presentations of key findings in executive level meetings and public forums.
� This position will oversee the evaluation and procurement of commercial real estate data sources and database systems.
� This position normally requires a master's degree or advanced certification in a discipline related to the field (MAI designation).

Three to five years experience in a relate field is the minimum amount of work experience.

Candidate Must Have :
* 3-5 years related work experience
* Real Esate Research Experience
* Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Statistics, or Economics
* Excellent Writing & Presentation Skills
* In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets
