DESCRIPTION
Embedded software development for TI DSPs using the Code Composer development environment

Firmware design, development, debugging and documentation for applications such as realtime motor control, diagnostics and communications

Embedded and system software development and support engineering for new products as assigned

Windows application design, development, debugging and documentation to support configuration, realtime monitoring, manufacturing, calibration and testing of HFG, ACT, XVG and other products

Software analysis, testing and preparation of technical reports for assigned projects and tasks.

Embedded and system software design and support for product test systems/equipment

Embedded and system software support engineering for other products as required

Establish standards for coding, software documentation and software reviews

Mentor and guide other software engineers

Technical interface and communications with sales and marketing, applications engineering, customers and suppliers as required

Regular reporting of status on assigned tasks

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
BSEE or BSCS plus minimum 5+ years of related work experience

Highly skilled in embedded software development using C/C++

Experienced with TI DSPs and Code Composer development environment

Windows application development using Labview or VC++

Able to apply formal software development methodologies in practical manner

Accomplished in use of version control tools such as SourceSafe

Strong problem solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions

Candidate Must Have :
* Experienced with TI DSPs and Code Composer development

* BSEE or BSCS plus minimum 5+ years of related work experience
