The Site Operations Manager is responsible for managing an established 80+ person office that consists of: Field Technicians, Geologists, Environmental Scientists, Engineers, and Administrative Support staff. Our successful candidate will be responsible for developing current customer relationships, acquiring new customers, productivity, diversification, and profit and loss (P&L) for the NJ office, and supporting and executing all corporate programs, policies, and procedures in a positive, can do manner.


Requirements:

�X A B.S. Degree in Geology, Engineering or an applicable scientific discipline and at least 10+ years of related experience or a M.S. Degree with 8+ years of related experience
�X Must have the ability to confidently interact with senior management (Regional Operations Manager and Sr. VP Operations)
�X Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred. (New Jersey)
�X Must have Environmental Petroleum Industry experience
�X Industrial business development experience is a plus
�X Must be a leader with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and be a team player
�X Must possess excellent communication, time management, financial, organizational, problem solving, assessment, technical writing, analytical and coaching skills
�X Present experience managing an environmental consulting office of at least 10 employees is preferred
�X Must have excellent employee relations skills and be able to identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely manner

Candidate Must Have :

* Environmental Petroleum Industry experience
