Our project based consulting approach emphasis smaller teams of high-caliber specialists who have been selected from a strict criteria, trained and developed to deliver high quality, front office trading, risk, and portfolio analysis solutions. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated C# .NET / SQL developer/project manager to work on Fixed Income and Alternative Asset applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide senior level analysis, architecture, design, and development skills
Familiar with all aspects of SDLC and multi-tier technology including desktop and database.
Accountability and responsibility for personal work and deliverables
Function as Sr. technical resource and work with minimal supervision
Understand multiple technologies and assimilate easily into new technologies
Assume some client management responsibilities
Provide interpersonal and people management necessary to ensure the success of your engagements
Participate in the sales process in as a subject matter expert or tech lead
Understand how to present yourself from a business and technical perspective when meeting potential clients
Mentor Consultants
Participate in staff performance reviews and assist in developing PDP's (professional development plans)


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Related Major
Experience with Financial Asset Classes such as Equities, Swaps, Bonds, Loans, Synthetics or Derivatives
5-8+ years of professional experience
C#, .NET (preferably WinForms)
Strong Database (SQL) Development Skills
Full Life Cycle business application development experience with strong architecture, design, and development
Ability to lead a small, talented team of developers on a project
Strong verbal and written communication skills
