Credit/Collections Analyst - (US-NJ-Rutherford)

Compensation: $90K - $100K / Year

Responsibilities:

Collections of open accounts receivable
Maintain and monitor customer credit limits and request Dun & Bradstreet credit reports
Post daily cash applications A/R and Non A/R receipts
Maintain and reconcile Accounts Receivable
Maintain Collection and Credit files
Prepare monthly reports to management and credit insurance company
Assist with reconciliation of monthly and quarterly A/R close in the ledger
Maintain the Oracle Collection Module
Prepare weekly collection reports and updates
Distribute monthly statements
Coordinate with various departments supplying information as needed or requesting pertinent information from them

Education:
Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Finance or a related field would be a plus

Requirements:
5 years of collections experience is required
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must
Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute and follow-up in a timely manner is critical
Solid computer skills in Excel, Word, etc.
Excellent customer communication skills
Ability to work successfully with all levels in the organization and in a fast paced environment
Experience using Oracle a plus
