PAID RELOCATION AVAILABLE

Responsibilities to include cost and risk analysis, proposal generation and system design using customer hardware and software specifications.
System program management including direct customer interaction will be required during system design, build and verification phases.
Supervision of one or more direct reports may be required.
Experience with Radio communications infrastructure and systems
Proficiency in IP, Wireless, and standard data communication protocols
Architect Military Communications Systems from initial concepts through execution and delivery with focus on tactical voice and data communications integration into larger networks
Technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost, schedule, and risk analysis for the total system.
Performance of detailed analysis at all levels of the system, including: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
Ensuring the conversion of customer requirements, including informal requirements, into a total systems solutions that balances the technical, schedule and cost constraints
Performance of functional analysis, scheduling, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and technical interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications for sub system teams
Working directly with customers, sales team, program management, and product engineering teams

Qualifications:
BSEE/BSCE and 7+ years of experience or Masters degree and 5+ years of directly related experience in Radio communications infrastructure and systems.
Preferred Additional Skills:

Military Tactical Radio System Architectures (HF, VHF, UHF, Satcom)
Networking - Internet protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, PPP), IPSec, QoS, Wireless (802.11, 802.16)
Computer communication interfaces (RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485)
Communications standards (ATM, Frame Relay, T1/E1)
Individual must be highly motivated, a self starter, and be able to operate with little supervision in diverse environments.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Candidate Must Have :
* BSEE/BSCE
* 7+ years of experience of directly related experience in Radio communications infrastructure and systems.
