rate up to 80hr convert 120k-140k base

Expert TSQL

High performance stored procedure

JOB SPECIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·        3+ years database development experience with proven track record in solution delivery o       Database design and development and knowledge of current DBMS technology o       Experience with .NET technology stack o       Deep Knowledge of SQL Server 2005 o       Complex systems design and systems integration o       Software lifecycle management ·        Educational Requirements o       Graduate calibre, with Computer Science or similar qualifications ·        Desired Technical and/or Functional skills o       Experience of database design and development/DBA in Oracle/SQLServer/Sybase o       Data handling in C++/C# and XML o       XML schema design, development of database web services o       Experience with high performance/realtime and high availability databases o       Experience of database tuning and performance monitoring/management o       Knowledge of financial markets applications and/or data content ·        Other skills and abilities o       Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision across team and organisational boundaries o       Ability to document work to high standards o       Ability to communicate clearly internally and externally o       Experience with dealing directly with customers o       Proven track record on delivery

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Data Management is an important new venture in Enterprise Division.  EDM is a new platform for integrating our customers’ systems, front to back office, combining the capabilities of RMDS, a new Securities Master offering, RRDS, and an advanced Integration Platform, REIE.   Database Developer to join a small focused product delivery team.  Reporting to the  Development Manager, the Database Developer:   •         Becomes a member of a small customer-focused product development team •         Is responsible for database design, build and test to high quality standards while maintaining the delivery schedule •         Contributes to overall solution design, working within the overall  technical architecture •         Adopts advanced database engineering tools and technologies to evolve future solution designs •         Works closely with Product Management and customers to develop innovative solutions to product requirements •         Adopts professional approach to all aspects of database development, administration and management •         Provides high standards of product support and customer service when required.
