To lead the Procurement organization for operations and global services. This person will provided guidance, strategy, and business solutions to the senior leadership regarding the business function of Procurement.
• LOCATION: 1.) Southern California (Los Angeles / El Segundo corp office) 2.) Irving/Dallas/Ft. Worth area).
• This position is the lead Procurement authority in the Americas
• Will be a part of Executive team
• Should be a strategic business leader/exec...NOT a hard core Procurement/Contracts person...there team reporting up to this role will be technical/operational experts.
• Good to have Business Development/Sales background too
• This person needs to be business-minded and look to add strategic value to the leadership team
• Lead new initiatives to provide competitive Bids for new Biz deals (outsourcing and services)
• Direct report to President, dotted line to Group Global Procurement in the UK

Candidate Must Have :
* • 10 plus years in leadership role prefer in procurement and Sales/BD (probably a 15 year+ professional)
* • Needs to be in "Commercial Supply" procurement for services, outsourcing, IT ops, Telecomm, call center ops etc...NOT procurement for Manufacturing facility etc.
