Degree Required : 4 Year Degree
Travel Required : to 25%

-Assumes more complex, higher risk and/or higher-revenue commercial real estate accounts
-Generates new business opportunities for the bank such as new loans and related fees. Cross-sell bank products and services. Perform sales and marketing activities to generate revenue.
-Manages existing accounts and client relationships; monitor the existing portfolio of loans including loan reviews and site visits.
-Responsible for all loan components including origination, underwriting, closing, etc.
-Contribute to community reinvestment goals.
-Conduct special projects at the direction of management.
-Prospects for new clients.
-Conducts KYC research and analysis.

Background:
Incumbent should have solid industry experience in real estate leasing, underwriting, appraisals, etc. as well as credit training or experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree, MBA or MS in Real Estate preferred or equivalent experience. Incumbent must possess solid verbal and written communication skills.
Eight to ten years related experience required.
