Job Description This position will assess the performance and profitability of strategic customer segments and campaigns within the $10B Direct Lending portfolio. The core focus will be analysis of marketing campaigns in support of the $3.5MM marketing budget for both account acquisition and account management. This position will work closely with product management and the operations teams to develop profitable and scalable strategies through an iterative process of test design and analysis. This position will perform complex financial modeling and statistical analysis, and communicate these results to the management team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years SAS experience preferably in a financial industry and a bachelor degree with preference in Statistics. Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are fundamental to success in this position. 

This position can be located at our Cleveland, Ohio or Kalamazoo, Michigan location.
