As a Program Schedule Analyst, you will perform the lead role in planning and implementing a sound planning, financial review and control function to assist Program Management and Core Team in executing program control responsibilities. Guides the Program Manager in choosing planning alternatives as required by the program status impacts.

Responsible for performing all or any combination of the program planning, scheduling, performance measurement and reporting functions required in the management of new programs or additions and deletions to existing programs. Provides direct support to Program Managers, handling specific management details of their programs and/or proposals.

Must be familiar with all functional areas of the program such as program management, cost management, systems engineering, design engineering, software engineering, analysis, drafting, test engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, model shop, data and publications, and other pertinent supporting functions.


Experience Requirements:
Equivalent Education Level Required:
B.S. in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Planning related area or minimum ten years technical/business related experience working in a project controls environment.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of six year's in program planning and control and/or scheduling work, business management, or program/project management, preferably with Government contracts.
- Experience with earned value management and familiarity with bid and proposals is preferred.
- Industrial background should include experience in all aspects of Engineering and Manufacturing/Production environments.

Knowledge Required:
- Thorough knowledge and application of accounting principles, Earned Value Management, proposal process, government financial reporting with general knowledge of government contracts and procurement regulations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, pricing, and financial management tools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project scheduling and/or program planning and control methods and techniques.
- Must be able to learn and use personal computer and software associated with this position (e.g. MSProject 2000/2003 Professional, Excel, occasional PowerPoint).

Candidate Must Have :
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
* Familiar with program management, cost management, systems engineering, drafting, test engineering, etc..
* Bachelor Degree
