Compensation: $110K - $125K / Year

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
· 5+ years business experience
· Results driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
· Influence Management: ability to deal with management and staff at all levels and functions
· Specific experience in implementing large projects in a corporation
· Change Management experience with a focus on consulting for process improvement
· Experience managing a processing operation or implementation team
· Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities
· Meeting management skills, able to control large groups in a meeting environment towards common goals and objectives
· Experience coaching and training staff
· Proficiency in project management software as well as word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software
· Working knowledge of the insurance industry and underwriting environments required
