* 3+ years of production-quality web development experience working
with large-scale sites and expert skills in JavaScript, XHTML,
CSS, knowledge/familiarity with AJAX
* Candidate must possess a strong command of web standards,
cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and various web-related
optimization techniques, and content management systems
* Candidates with prior interactive agency experience preferred
* ActionScript skills a plus
