Sales Coordinator NYC RATE $20/22 p/h

 

This is a temp to perm role. They are located in the Flat Iron District. $ 20 . This is not an administrative role, but more a coordinator.

 

E-Marketing firm is searching for a Sales Coordinator for a temp to perm position. This person will provide end-to-end support to all sales activities, including the development of collateral materials, promotions, event support and lead generation programs.  The Business Solutions Coordinator will assist in the creation, maintenance and updating of collateral materials including: Industry, product and service specific presentations and templates, competitive intelligence, sales kit, product brochures and sell sheets, proposal templates, case studies and PowerPoint development.  To meet RFP workload demands, this person will assist the Business Solutions Manager with RFP responses for sales and client services divisions.  As part of the general organizational responsibilities, this person will be responsible for the data entry to Salesforce.com for tracking of RFPs and client references, uploading and maintenance of documents in SharePoint, coordination and tracking of client references, coordination of prospect email analysis, administration of our client portal microsite, printing of all sales materials, and create, manage and maintain sales activity calendar.  If needed, this person will be called upon to manage the calendar and travel arrangements and prepare and track expense reports for Sr. VP of Sales. In addition to working closely with the Business Solutions and Sales teams on all sales support efforts, this person will also work closely with Marketing to ensure materials are distributed to sales and Client Services for the client reference process and prospect email analysis.

Candidates should have 2-5 years experience in a Sales/Business Development environment.  

Candidates must have strong MS Office including Powerpoint skills
