Must have 5 + years of managing application development projects and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of .NET. Technologies. Candidates should be very hands on and have the ability to manage and guide software developers under their supervision.
Prior experience as a software developer is not essential however PM candidates must demonstrate a track record of exposure to this area and be able to lead and motivate teams of development staff.
Experience working with business owners to gather and prioritize business requirements.
5+ years of experience managing a team of developers, including the delegation of tasks and tracking of developer workload.
Demonstrated ability to lead large scale software development projects to successful completion on time and on budget.
Experience with project management methodologies, building and managing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, etc.
Experience with development methodologies such as Microsoft Solution Framework and RUP.
Ability to work with QA to schedule production support releases, coordinate utilization of QA environments, and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested.
Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal and communication skills.
Bachelors in Computer Science, Operations Research, Computer Engineering or Business Sciences
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

These systems include Application Architecture, Application Development, Enterprise Application Development (EAI), Systems Integration, Data Warehousing and Data Mart Development, Corporate Portals, Mobile and Wireless Technologies, Supply Chain Automation, B2B E-Commerce, Retail & Distribution Order Management, and Website Integration. Our systems are built using the latest technologies including .NET (C#, VB ASP) BizTalk, SharePoint, and SQL Server to name a few.
