PeopleSoft Payroll & Benefits Functional Analyst / Lead
Must have extensive functional application experience with Base Ben, HRMS and Payroll NA modules on Psoft 8.8 and above (implementation exp a huge plus)

Well versed in technical environments (oracle db) and must be proficient with Psoft query tool

Liason between IT & end users prioritizing and resolving issues; spec'ing out customization requests and project management skills



Requirements:
Ø Bachelors degree from four-year college or university (or equivalent working experience)
Ø 3+ years Implementation and hands-on experience with:
§ PeopleSoft 8.0+ HRIS applications (HRMS, Benefits, BenAdmin, Payroll (PayBill, Time & Labor helpful)
Ø Proficient at PeopleSoft Query tools
Ø MicroSoft office (Word, Excel, Access)
Ø Technical specifications & documentation
Working knowledge of:
§ Windows Win2k environment
§ PeopleSoft's process scheduler, process monitor and security functionality
§ Functional knowledge of Financial modules as it applies to HR interfaces
§ Peoplesoft's Application Designer and other PeopleTools utilities as well as SQR, SQL, Cobol, Application Engine

Helpful:
§ PeopleSoft nVision reporting tool
§ MS-SQL database
