Compensation: $150K - $200K / Year

This role is responsible for business development support, service delivery support, and team building for Manufacturing Logistics Vertical
Responsibilities
The understanding and interpretation of customer requirements and specifications
• Build and manage relationships with Client Partners and business unit leaders; manage account strategy for testing business within vertical with account management teams
• Support business development efforts by:
o Participating in sales calls and presenting Testing Services capabilities
o Strategic Evaluation of new Testing Services opportunities
o Ensure the effectiveness of proposal efforts and collaboration with offshore counterparts
o Engaging with and bringing-in the appropriate offshore team members
• Manage resource allocations through coordination with the Testing Services resource management function and account management teams.
• Commit to the success of recruiting efforts.
• Build and manage relationships with sales teams, vertical and horizontal unit leaders and offshore business unit leads.
• Provide direct management and leadership to testing resources; conduct annual reviews for direct reports.
• Actively engage with project teams to foster the greater testing community.
• Participate in industry events and other market-facing activities
Requirements
• 15+ years of systems integration, software development, or IT experience; at least 3+ years in a consulting environment
• 3+ years of software quality assurance (SQA) experience in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of SQA processes and methodologies
• Hand-on experience with at least one of the following categories of tools:
o Test Management
o Test Automation
o Performance Testing
o Defect Management
• Prior experience working in an onsite/offshore model
• Strong test methodology and test estimation skills
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Prior experience with sales and pre-sales support
• BS in Computer Science or related field preferred, though not required.
• Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
