The firm offers new employees the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting technical projects, including real-time data analysis, distributed system development, and the creation of tools for advanced mathematical modeling. Recent hires at have contributed to numerous efforts central to the firm’s success and impressive growth, including:

Design and deployment of new trading platforms and analytics tools in cooperation with traders and quantitative analysts

Implementation of statistical algorithms for time-series analysis

Development of electronic trading interfaces between multiple order management platforms

Creation of automated trading strategies for transacting in real-time markets

We are seeking outstanding graduates (BS, MS, and Ph.D.) in CS from top-tier universities. Candidates must be excellent programmers with a sound understanding of systems, programming paradigms, and software engineering practices. They will ideally have prior experience with nontrivial software projects in an academic or industry setting. They must have software engineering experience under Unix and/or Windows NT, preferably in building distributed or client/server real-time, mission-critical systems. We are specifically seeking experience with C/C++ and Java, as well as Perl, Python, and other scripting languages. Candidates should have a 3.5+ GPA and 700+ on their quantitative scores.
