The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for interacting directly with business users to understand and document business processes, gather business requirements, and facilitate system design activities. This position requires designing tangible business process improvements through technology, and a flexible, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems. The candidate must have experience with enterprise level CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, SugarCRM, etc.). The Business Systems Analyst - CRM reports directly to the Managing Director, Business Systems Analyst.
Qualifications
· At least 5+ years of business analysis and related IT experience is required.
· Must have proven experience working with an enterprise CRM product in a medium to large company.
· Ability to co-ordinate projects across a diverse group of stakeholders. Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· High sense of urgency with ability to drive results.
· Excellent documentation skills including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and MS Project.
· Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communicating skills.
· An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience and mastery of this approach is essential .
· Ability to bridge communication amongst technical and non-technical project staff and stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and the ability to adapt to change.
· Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions. Includes coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions.
· Risk identification and assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
