Bonus on top of salary 

• Provide subject matter content in the areas of metering, networking and customer billing 
•Lead Advisory engagements for power and utility clients, establishing meaningful relationships with clients through specific knowledge of their industry and operations 
• Provide “hands on” leadership to our engagement teams, establishing our credentials to perform power and utilities engagements 
• Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel 
• Identify performance improvement opportunities for clients 
• Supervise and provide performance management for staff working on assigned engagements 
• Identify prospective engagements, develop proposals and lead project contract negotiation 
• Identify and build long-term business relationships with new target clients and key executives 

Qualifications: 
• Eight years of relevant work experience in the power and utilities industry, with a focus in metering, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) networking and customer billing 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field 
• Demonstrated record of leading large, complex business reengineering and/or systems integration projects 
• Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives 
• Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership abilities 
• Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write at a "publication" quality level 
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively 
• Accomplished executive business development track record in the power and utilities sector 

Experience with some over-all Business Development Required. Travel will be typically Monday-Thurs., Home Thurs through Sunday…
