1) Worked hands-on, on specific OIM components (OAM, OVD, ODSEE, etc.), and has designed solutions that implement security use cases, specific to OIM. 

2) Must be a product specialist on OIM, and focus on OVD and ODSEE (for this phase). 

3) Be able to create an over-all design for the enterprise security program, while be able to implement phase-specific designs (e.g. eDir retirement).
