You will play a key role in the technical design and development of product features, customizations and support for specific clients and modules in our growing suite of Java-based international banking products.
Professional Experience
• 5 years experience manage a Java and J2EE development team (3-5 employees)
• Experience with SQL- a must.
• Experience with banking applications - a must.
Technical experience
• Platforms: UNIX / PC
• Operating systems: Windows / AIX / SUN Solaris / Linux
• Application servers: WebLogic
• Databases: Oracle / MSSQL
• Experienced in Java / J2EE programming .Strong hands on experience with STRUTS framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spring framework.
• Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies such as Spring Webflow, Spring MVC and other Spring technologies
• Web Service experience.
• Independent code writing skills, good English, high service orientation
Skills:
• Demonstrable experience in management of development project of 3-5 programmers
• Hands on ability to develop, analyze and create functional specifications
• Experience in customizing software products to customer specific requirements
• Development of project plans, estimates and reports as required
• Broad knowledge in financial services sector with exposure to banking and business critical financial applications.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a matrix managed environment
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
