You'll assume responsibility for a converging IP video and voice network, including video teleconferencing, Cisco TelePresence, video surveillance, digital signage and VoIP.
Manage medium to large network video-related projects, maintain appropriate documentation, and lead procurement of hardware and software.
Key Criteria
Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, management information systems and / or five years of technical network experience in a large scale Cisco/Tandberg video environment. Additional requirements include:
- Experience working in a converged IP network supporting video conferencing, TelePresence and VoIP
- Knowledge of IP Routing, Ethernet switching, IP multicast and firewalls
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, XMPP, OCS and RTP
- Conference room design integrating video conferencing solutions, acoustics and lighting
- Exposure to CUCM and Cisco TelePresence technology including TANDBERG and Codian infrastructure
