Description:    Serve on Energy Project Finance deal teams with responsibility for assisting the deal team leader on mandated lead arranger transactions. Will provide analytical support to senior officers through the preparation of credit applications, financial analysis, financial modeling, deal support and credit administration. Will also provide direct support to senior officers for certain booked deals. Will interface with personnel within own department as well as with credit, syndications, capital markets and other departments on an as-needed basis. 
EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree - preferably in economics, finance, accounting or engineering. Three to five years of professional work experience required for Analyst, five to seven for Associate (up to AVP Level). Prior experience in project, utility, energy or structured finance preferred. 
SKILLS: Ability to work effectively in a "deal team" environment. Excellent analytical ability. Solid communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to meet deadlines - often on short notice. 
Limited travel - principally within US and Canada.
