Description:    responsible for establishing technical architecture, design and providing maintenance support for security and identity Management solutions. The architect is expected to work with business analysts, application architects, be able to accurately size the development effort and develop solutions with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in security related architecture & development including experience in a CMMI level 3+ organizations. Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience. 
Job Requirement and Skills 
• 20+ years of enterprise architecture experience in the Identity and Access Management domains such as Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Lifecycle management, Directory Management, Federation/SSO, Roles Management and Identity Workflows. 
• Experience in troubleshooting complex authentication, integration and automation issues. 
• Hands-on development and deployment experience on industry standard solutions such as Novell NAM/IDM/IDV/UserApp/SSLVPN, CA IDM/Siteminder and Oracle IDM. 
• Knowledge of open security standards such SAML, WS-Security, Open Standards, OAUTH, SPML, SCIM. 
• Familiarity with creating web services using SOA and REST based techniques. 
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation 
• Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology or approach 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
