Description:    Java/J2EE Developer responsible for software life cycle with focus on application development and distributed processing in SOA (Web Services, JMS). Participates in design, implementation and testing of web-enabled, distributed systems. Assists in component architecture, performance engineering, product evaluation and support. Works with architects and Sr. developers to translate business requirements into technical design. Develops code artifacts – modules, classes, methods, scripts, etc. – along with corresponding unit test artifacts. Takes full ownership on Configuration Management and Test Automation. Responsible for calculating software quality metrics. Strong expertise in HP Quick Test Professional, software quality metrics and ClearCase/ClearQuest is required). Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience in similar work environment. Minimum of 1 year of IT work experience focused on software automation, web development and server-side programming.
