Description:    25% Travel required 

1) Plan, lead, organize and staff the various elements necessary to plan and insure timely and cost efficient supply of finished products to the market. This involves understanding the complexity involved with the various Sales/Marketing interfacing, planning/scheduling, procurement, system optimizations and global harmonizing, inventory management/optimization, warehousing/distribution and logistic elements of the requirements of this role. It also requires staying current with changing demands, levels of optimization and improvements in approaches within the industry. 
2) Reduce cost and provide value to the overall Supply Chain value stream. 
3) Bring forward and lead projects, when necessary and appropriate, to provide high levels of customer service, decrease complexity, provide global harmonization and/or reduce cost to the overall supply chain process. 
4) Manage the import/export aspect of the business 
5) Provide high levels of leadership and human relations management. 
6) Communicate with senior leadership and with global peers/leadership to insure that information is shared in a timely and effective manner. 

Position: Skills, 
•Bachelors’ degree in business or technical field 
•10+ years in demand and supply planning as both individual contributor and manager (APICS certification a plus) 
•Solid understanding of SAP, ECC and Supply Chain Management. 
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal relations skills that promote collaboration and transparency across the organization. 
•Strong analytical skills 
•People management skills to build a world class supply chain organization, including talent acquisition and development. 
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify and communicate complex issues to the organization.
