Primary Skills:        
Description:    Programmer / Analyst with Experience in Java/J2EE programming 
Design and Development of Middle and Back office Systems for the brokerage business 
Ability to work with end users and Business Analysts and translate business requirements to technical specifications 

Qualifications 
4-5 years of Strong Java programming with J2EE & JMS 
Working knowledge of Rich Faces, JSF 
Development Experience in SOA and Web Services 
Experience with XML and XSLT 
Good Understanding of J2EE Architecture 
Good Understanding and development using RDBMS databases. Preferably experience in ORACLE database 
Experience in Object Oriented Design, Design patterns, Service Oriented and MOM Architectures 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 
Good Aptitude, Strong and Confident Communicator, Self Motivated and able to fulfill their duties with minimal supervision under strict time parameters. 
Good Communication Skills 
Other Skills (will be a plus) 

Experience with TIBCO messaging (EMS) and SOA development toolset (Business Works, Business Events) 
Good GUI design skills 
Knowledge of Trading and Back office/settlement process 
Working knowledge of Java Frameworks like Spring, JBOSS SEAM 
Experience as a technical team lead, breaking up a project into tasks and creating a project plan will be a big plus.
