Description:    Position requires a high level of competency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and libraries, AJAX, ActiveState/Perl, CGI, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SOAP/WSDL, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and application integration. 
Duties and Responsibilities 
• Design, code, test, and deploy web-based applications. 
• Write thorough descriptions of system design, program functions, and steps required to successfully deploy business solutions. 
• Work directly with team members to analyze requests and constructively provide feedback that meets the requirement. 
• Test software through unit testing, test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification, fixing, and resolution. 
• Optimize and performance tune web applications. 
• Work without assistance and provide leadership for others. 
• Time management including time tracking and estimation of requirements. 
• Writing business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation. 
Experience 
• A minimum of 2-4 years technical experience working on web-based development.
