REQUIREMENTS 
: 3 Years minimum experience with U.S. Trade Compliance, Four year degree. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Strategic planning for export authorizations and compiling information for license and agreement applications. 

Drafting and filing Department of Commerce and Department of State export license and agreement applications 

Preparing, drafting and filing of other authorizations such as General Correspondence requests and Advisory Opinions 

Evaluating the applicability of ITAR exemptions and EAR exceptions 

Providing guidance on export authorizations 

Support internal Audits and Investigations team and Enhancements team 

Engage in Continuous Improvement activities relating to internal processes and standard work
