Description:    Responsibilities 
Manage, develop, and motivate a staff of 15 account team members 
Build and expand digital public affairs and digital healthcare practice. 
Leverage current relationships, clients, and contacts to increase the book of business in your region 
Exhibit broad understanding of interactive market, leading trends and changes in advocacy, and local political and regulatory landscape 
Act as the senior client relationship manager build strong relationships with clients 
Play a major role in research, planning and development of digital and social programs 
Address client issues 
Actively manage profitability, client budgets, expenses 

Position Requirements 
10+ years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing. 
At least 12 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications 
Experienced client service expert who knows how to act as a strategic partner 
Extensive agency experience and a leader who inspires and motivates a team 
Track record of developing and executing successful digital and social strategies and programs 
A history of taking visible action to provide, directly or indirectly, high-quality, strategic creative outcomes and customer service to clients 
Maintain awareness of client business and communications objectives - how they relate to digital programs
