Duties and Responsibilities 
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners. Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment to identify key business requirements that address competitive differentiators, client usability, revenue generation, fulfillment and client service needs, and overall customer satisfaction 
•
• Generate detailed requirements and functional specs. Responsible for producing and maintaining all requirements deliverables: business requirements document, use cases, user interface specs, and user workflows 

Manage project progress. Represent the business sponsor and ensure the original business objectives (scope) are met and that projects stay "on time and on budget". 

• Develop and execute User Acceptance test plans and scripts Position Requirements 


• Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified. 
• Minimum: BS or BA degree; Business, Engineering, or Computer Science degrees preferred 
• 15 years of product development and or software engineering experience 
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing globally diverse engineers 
• Critical thinking / problem solving skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, Visio, Project 
Desired Skills: 

• Financial services and/or banking knowledge and experience 
• Knowledge of Portal, Treasury Management solutions, Credit, Investments, or Trade products and services 
• Web technology knowledge or experience 
• Product Development / Business Analysis knowledge or experience 
• Software testing knowledge or experience
