Primary Skills:        
Description:    Write high-quality, maintainable and robust code. This includes working with a variety of groups including Development Managers, Product/Program Managers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Business stakeholders and array of other Engineers. Support the design and development of the team’s applications and supporting services. 
As part of this award winning team, you will play a leading role in the design, implementation and deployment of a successful enterprise-level system. 
Qualifications 
• Experience working on design, development and maintenance of highly scalable systems focused on servings hundreds of millions requests 
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, designing for performance, scalability, and availability 
• Expertise building scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems 
• Experience writing code in a high volume, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) 
• Significant experience working in the technology side of Ad Servers/ Advertising Platform for Team Lead role. Other spots this background is a plus, not a must. 
• Strong fundamental knowledge of Internet and operating system security 
• Experience in understanding of system and application performance limits and characteristics. Scaling systems to web scale is a plus. 
• Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills 
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive 
• Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment 
• Expert level Programming in C/C++ or Java and recent experience with protocols like Thrift/Protobuf etc. Scala a big +. 
• Experience with embedded and distributed systems and possess a thorough low-level understanding of how a computer actually works. 
• Passionate about high performance computing and ultra-low latency and look for novel and creative solutions to complex problems. 

A Plus 
• Experience working with relational databases particularly Big Data areas. Greenplum expertise is a major plus
