Description:    · Drive Technology deliverables for the Structured Credit desk 
· Face off to SCT trading desk in New York 
· Liaise with other Technology teams to ensure delivery of global and strategic solutions 
· Day to day management of a medium sized team of developers 

Required experience and skills 
· Management experience from a front-office Technology environment. 
· Proven experience of delivering complex systems in a high-pressure environment 
· Python or C++ development experience essential 
· Credit Derivative knowledge required (correlation product knowledge preferable) 
· Strong hands-on experience, 8+ years. 
· Strong analytical ability and problem solving. 
· Strong knowledge of architecture and software design patterns. 
· Agile/XP mindset. 
· Good understanding of software testing practices. 
· Strong communication skills are required as this is a senior Technology role facing off to desk heads and other senior business partners in Technology, Middle Office, Finance, Quant team etc.
