Description:    The Production Support team is responsible for the production infrastructure including all application processes running on a Linux/Solaris platform. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production environment is stable/available, releasing new software, monitoring the production environment, change control, and troubleshooting client issues. The Production Support team works closely with business and development. 

Requirements: 
Candidates must be highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, and must take ownership with a drive towards increasing customer's participation with our products. Strong communication, collaboration skills and experience interacting with business and technical management is essential as they will provide operational assistance for all client issues on a 24x6 basis. 

Qualifications: 
· 0-3 years of experience in Production / Trade Support 
· Ability to troubleshoot system problems in a timely manner 
· Shell Scripting 
· Knowledge in Linux/Solaris 
· Experience working on a trading floor and with major Trading platforms 
· Experience working shifts 

Nice to have: 
· Experience with Perforce 
· Experience in Change/Release Management 
· Financial experience
