Description:    REQUIREMENTS : 

5+ years of relevant experience. 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science or Management Information Systems. 
Experience supporting commercial lending applications. 
Experience supporting front-end business users. 
Knowledge of the Loan IQ database tables and columns. 
In-depth, hands-on experience with Loan IQ. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
General Ledger mapping and accounting knowledge. 
Ability to provide off hours support when required. 

Support of the Bank’s Loan IQ application ensuring business continuity within IT. 
Technical and processing support of Loan IQ, analysis of issues, processes and business requests. Research issues, determining how new business products or processes fit into Loan IQ and determining how new application functionality can benefit the business. 
Testing of enhancements, upgrades, bug fixes, code table changes, issues, user requests, processes and ad-hoc queries. 
Interacting and coordinating with the business user community, various technology groups and the application vendor. 
Involvement with planned and special projects through the entire system development life cycle, including working with the project team to gather business requirements, coordinating change management requests and supporting testing with technical support teams and end users.
