Primary Skills:        
Description:    Technical keys: Ruby on Rails and exposure to other language like C++, Java or Scala. Experience with one SQL database and one NoSQL database. 

* Collaborate with the product, engineering and business teams to understand the requirements of future development 
* Evaluate new technologt and software tools to determine their feasibility and applicability to current or future projects. 
* Lead and mentor on best practices in design, modeling and coding across all the engineering teams. 
* Take ownership on the performance, security, availability and reliability of the platform. 

Qualification: 
* Solid software development life-cycle experience and a proven record of designing and delivering large scale applications. 
* Strong knowledge of software design and architectural patterns. Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for software and architectural frameworks, methods and tools. Focused on service oriented architectures. 
* Excellent problem solving and programming skills; proven technical leadership and communication skills. 
* Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails required and some exposure to other programming languages such as C++, Java or Scala. 
* Experience with at least one SQL RDBMS and one NoSQL database. 
* Knowledge of open source and cloud technologies.
