Primary Skills:        
Description:    Developer responsible for providing tactical solutions, support and do data analysis for 
an application that captures real-time risk for different product types (bonds, cds, loans and other credit products) in multiple geographic locations (Asia, Europe and US) 

Work with team members in New York and offshore to provide real-time risk to business users in multiple geographic locations (Asia, Europe and US). 

Collaborate with other members within same team as well as outside the team is needed. 

Support responsibility with end users will be required to provide tactical solutions, answer inquiries and troubleshoot and resolve problems. 

Required: 
BA/BS from a top tier university with a focus in CS, Math or Engineering 
3-5 Experience in software development in Java 
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, 
Credit Derivatives / Fixed Income product knowledge, 
Good communication skills required to work with and support end users and other technical team members, 
Highly motivated, self-initiator who can work independently and in a team environment, 
Window and Unix development environment familiarity, 

Desired 
Good development practices (SDLC, unit testing), 
Sybase Server development, 
Understanding of design patterns 
Unix experience a plus (Eclipse, Maven, Ant) 
Source control system (Perforce) 
Familiarity with .net framework .
