Description:	Requirements:  - 2+ years of experience developing in ServiceNow  - 2+ years of experience of ITSM process, development, and administration  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - ITIL Foundations Certificate preferred  - Experience with other ITSMs preferred  Work on a team responsible for eBonding customer ITSMs to ServiceNow. Responsibilities include customer meetings, writing the SOW, gathering requirements, providing a quote to the customer for the development phase, developing the eBonding code between the customer ITSM and ServiceNow, and providing on-going support for eBonding code.  Email resume in Word to TheBigGameHunter@cisny.com.
