· Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred but not required 
· Wire, Cable and Conduit product management and industry experience 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written 
· Willingness to travel 
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
· Ability to develop and deliver presentations 
· Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships 
· Maintain professional relationships, Build trust and demonstrate high level of integrity both internally and externally 
· Entrepreneurial spirit 
· Proficiency on PC and Office software packages 

Must Have : Wire, Cable and Conduit product management and industry experience, Bachelor's degree, Experience developing presentations 

Responsibilities include managing a group of wire, cable & conduit supplier lines with regard to business planning & development as well as executing that plan within the organization, and in conjunction with the supplier. Drive sales, margin and market share throughout the organization.
