| Description: | Degree in Business Administration or related field,
5 years retail related multi-unit management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsibilities of district in conjunction with Area Manager
• Coordinates requests/staffing for SOS team if needed
• Inventory preparation
• Inventory count, day of attendance
• Initial interviews of Assistant and Store Manager candidates
• Completion of Customer Service, Merchandising, Operations and Loss Prevention portions of Store Visit Report
• Gets involved, hands-on, with any store needing additional merchandising or operational help as identified by Area Manager
• Maintains two week rotation of stores in district keying in on operational and visual compliance issues which will require visiting multiple stores a day
• Oversees new store opening procedures with New Store Opener to insure all procedures being followed and issues communicated and resolved prior to opening
