Description: | Firm wants someone with good technical underpinnings who has grown into a management role in release management. Environment is Linux-based but that is not critical. Someone who has staggered releases, is available for weekend work. Could be a project manager or qa person who has come up te ladder into release management. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of 5+ years practical release management experience • Minimum of 5+ years software audit experience • Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience of a small to mid-sized team • Minimum of 2 years on hands technical experience (software development, scripting, or system admin) • Expertise in developing release management requirements and process • Experience in continuous process improvements • Interest in continuing education and certification related to change management • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills • Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications • Outstanding verbal and written communication • BA/BS in business, finance, computer science, engineering or related field Firm pays base + bonus Prefers someone local but will consider relocation 4 weeks vacation to start Great benefits!
