Qualifications
6+ years marketing analytics, data mining and modeling experience.
6+ years marketing analytics and consultative business analysis experience.
Strong SQL and SAS experience utilizing large scale databases.
Proven ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a broad, audience, including enterprise partners at all levels within the organization, including the ability to document and present data structure and analytical results sui for audiences of all levels.
Proven ability to act, partner, influence and negotiate at varying levels within the organization build long term relationships with diverse sets of partners to gain commitment and accomplish shared goals with a customer-oriented focus is critical.
Able to work consultatively with business partners on problem definition.
Possess experience completing business analysis utilizing a range of analysis skills including pre-campaign design and post-campaign analysis.
Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into campaign parameters, test design, and measurement metrics.
Experience with providing subject matter expertise on mobile sales and marketing capabilities, mobile data infrastructure and mobile analytics to business partners and peers.
Preferred Skills
Strong consulting skills along with excellent people and relationship management skills.
Experience in the financial services sector with an understanding of credit, deposit, wealth management, and insurance products as well as online products such as electronic payments and online banking.
Demonstrated experience with web analytics in a multichannel, multiproduct business.
Knowledge of third party advertising, search engine optimization, and web-based tagging and tracking.
Strong project management skills to help coordinate completion of the many reviews.
Demonstrated partnering skills for functioning in a matrixed environment, including the ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach.
BA or BS in a technical field. Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (econometrics, operations research, statistics, finance, mathematics, etc.).
Develop the subject matter expertise to:
Understand the rapidly growing mobile banking customer bases channel usage trends and product ownership characteristics.
Understand the mobile data structures, data aggregations, reporting and analytic capabilities.
Enhance and further develop the firm's mobile analytics capabilities directly and/or collaborate with internal WF partners to do so.
Develop analytical insights to help marketing and product managers: gain in-depth understanding of customers mobile behaviors for campaign creative, improve campaign effectiveness and testing, support product development and strategy development.
Support mobile campaign targeting and performance tracking.
Create tracking metrics needed to evaluate channel and campaign performance.
