Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a technical field (an MBA degree is a plus)
10+ years’ experience in marketing business-to-business
5+ years of proven experience in customer demand generation roles with proven results
Experience executing innovative and results-focused programs and campaigns
Knowledge of and demonstrated thought leadership related to current and next generation customer demand generation best practices
Demonstrated success in managing high volume integrated email marketing programs for consumer audiences
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing and ROI analysis
Expertise in marketing to SMB and large, global enterprises, across verticals
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team
Experience working with lead management software (Salesforce.com/Marketo)
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams
 
Responsible for creating, deploying, and managing marketing programs to the customer base, in support of product adoption, cross-sell, up-sell and revenue objectives.
 
Responsibilities
Develop and implement high impact, multi-channel marketing strategy to drive product adoption and generate product and services up-sell and cross-sell demand to the Customer Base
Plan and execute integrated marketing programs that align to marketing strategy, and that utilize tactics including email campaigns, landing page, online marketing programs, etc.
Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
Identify and implement process, data, and systems-related improvements
Function as both a leader and doer, providing position leadership and insights, supporting corporate strategic objectives, as well as being a ‘hands-on’ member of the team
Support the success of the email business by providing insight on best practices, program enhancements, bring forth new ideas and stay current on new trends and ideas
Analyze and report on email campaign results and KPIs, Maintain formal process to update and share findings with marketing teams and other stakeholders
