Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred

15+ years total experience. 10+ years post-advanced degree experience leading highly visible deals and company financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research.

Management consulting highly desired· Achieved planned financial results within a business at a region/area, business segment, or industry level.

Acted as a Planning, Finance, Strategy or Operations executive in a global company responsible for planning / business development and operational efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

Lead executive and business teams to shareholder value based decisions·

Design and develop business models, market strategies or M&A activities for organizational effectiveness.

Develop growth strategies for area of responsibility.

Lead strategy and leadership teams in developing key and or difficult acquisitions/growth transactions and strategies.

Coach and advise VP, SVP and other HP executives.

Provide business rational and risk assessment for making investments in their area of focus.

Build relationship and provides guidance to industry, community, press as appropriate..

Balance short term with long term strategies and resource investment.

Lead/Drive high-impact organizational and operational planning initiatives, including M&A projects.

Influence C-level executives on a wide range of business issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.

Provide innovative thought leadership and shapes the knowledge base within area of expertise.
