Qualifications

5+ years finance experience and 3+ years management experience.

Management/supervisory and/or informal leadership experience will be considered.

Proficiency with MS Office/Excel

Candidate must demonstrate recent and relevant experience with providing direct financial support to senior managers leading large/complex business units preferably within the financial services industry.

Must demonstrate a proven record of leveraging leadership abilities to influence professionals

across multiple disciplines and building relationships with senior leaders.

Understanding of accounting standards, practices and financial concepts.

Proven track record of identifying and resolving highly complex financial issues.

 

Preferred Skills

Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Self-motivated person with outstanding problem solving and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, prioritize workloads and meet/exceed deadlines.

Preference for BS/BA in accounting, business, or finance.
