Qualifications:
•Mminimum of 10+ years of experience managing small to rapidly growing Client Services teams in SaaS environments
•Bachelors Degree combined with increasing responsibilities and accomplishments including recent proven success in motivating teams, implementing best practices and effectively measuring and improving client service quality
•A strategic thinker, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling concepts and solutions
•Comfortable and proficient with client service processes from onboarding to results measurement and ensuing growth. Experienced with defining and refining to drive increase in efficiency and simplification of complex processes
•Excellent project management skills- proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines and deliverables
•Possess superb organizational, written, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated public speaking at industry and client conferences
•Proven collaboration skills, with ability to lead cross functional teams to achieve goals
•Experience integrating new lines of business via acquisitions into the enterprise support model
 
Responsibilities:
•Oversee and manage a multi-site team
•Drive efficiency and quality resulting in superior client satisfaction, establishing metrics for measuring success, partnership with sales and operational leadership, and processes for new and existing offerings
•Help meet revenue goals by being involved in the work across the client base. Know, what the win is and how we get there, across the client base
•Impact product innovation and services differentiation by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and individual clients to develop new offerings. Understand and evolve our service offering ahead of the marketplace.
•Grow leaders in client services and scale the business through excellent performance management
•Ensuring the response and resolution of client questions in a timely and professional manner.
•Incorporating customer needs with ongoing process-improvement initiatives.
•Receiving and measuring regular customer feedback.
•Hiring, retaining and motivating a qualified work force including implementing rewards/recognition programs for employees that provide excellent customer service.
•Providing ongoing communication using best-of-breed company communication channels which meet client needs
•Ability to integrate new lines of business into support model resulting from M&A activity
